Calero has promoted Michael Lucania to Senior Vice President of Sales, effective immediately. In this expanded role, Lucania will directly lead the Enterprise & Strategic sales teams on a global scale. In addition, Mike will continue to lead Calero’s Solutions Consulting effort, the team that is responsible for showing how complex, mission-critical processes can be easily configured within the Calero.com platform. As part of this promotion, Lucania has joined the Executive Leadership team, where his strategic insights and over 16 years of leadership at Calero will play a key role in advancing the company’s sales objectives.
Calero has promoted Jason Wieser to the Executive Leadership Team. Wieser will lead the company’s highly successful Channel program to continue to establish and drive sales through strategic partnerships. Additionally, Jason will lead the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team which remains focused on reaching a larger number of enterprises to show how the Calero.com platform can deliver incredible value to them. His promotion reflects the company’s commitment to expanding its channel partner network, supporting the company’s strategic partnerships and optimizing sales development initiatives.
Andrew Taylor has been appointed to the newly created role of Chief Strategy Officer. In this position, Taylor will collaborate closely with the Board, CEO Scott Gilbert and the rest of the Executive Team to continue to evaluate and refine the company’s corporate strategy, optimize go-to-market plans, and ensure Calero remains abreast of new challenges faced by its customers and new emerging technology. With Taylor’s extensive experience in the telecom, mobility, and SaaS markets, he is uniquely positioned to excel in this role, embodying Calero's 'Dare to Innovate' mantra and ensuring the company remains at the forefront of industry leadership.
